People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking Mental Health Practitioners to join the team at our Montreal Courts Supportive Housing program. This program provides mental health and independent support to adults who have a mental health diagnosis and a chronic health condition. We provide independent living and supportive mental health services in a community setting.
Hours: Sunday-Thursday 4:00pm-12:30am
Location: Montreal Courts Supportive Housing in Little Canada, MN- 5 miles from Downtown St. Paul
Hiring Range: $19.70 - $21.00/hr Shift Differential for the Evenings

Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license, excellent driving record and current auto insurance
AND EITHER
- High school diploma
- 4,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to people with Mental Illness, DD, ID or TBI
OR
- Has completed 30 semester credits or 45 quarter credits in behavioral science or a related field and:
- Has proof of a practicum or internship that requires direct interaction with adults or children served and is focused on behavioral sciences or related fields, OR
- Has 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to people with Mental Illness, DD, ID or TBI
OR
- Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Science or related field
- Proof of a practicum or internship requiring direct interaction with adults and focusing on behavioral sciences or related fields
Preferred Qualifications:
- Enrolled in or has completed an accredited Master's program in a behavioral science or related field
- 2,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to people with mental illness
Main Job Duties:
- Creating and revising Mental Health Assessments and Service Plans for people in our program
- Learning and understanding each resident's treatment plans in order to best support their goals
- Documenting observations about the residents' activities and behaviors
- Counseling residents through crises and supporting their development of coping skills
- Coaching residents on the development of greater independent living skills
- Joining residents for recreational activities
- Administering medications
