Acquisitions Specialist Job Responsibilities:
- Takes lead generations and develops relationships with prospective clients
- Negotiates terms for property acquisitions
- Keeps management informed by reporting daily activity and results
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on distressed properties in the area
- Recommends modifications of operating procedures, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
- Resolves client questions and issues by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendations to teammates and management
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
