If you enjoy staying active and tackling new challenges every day, then this is the perfect opportunity for you! As the facility maintenance person, you would be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of buildings, and equipment. You will perform various tasks such as repairing plumbing and electrical systems, as well as maintaining the overall cleanliness and safety of the facility. Additionally, you may be required to perform regular inspections and make recommendations for improvements. Your role will also involve tasks like painting, landscaping, HVAC, and appliance repairs. From time to time, you may need to build or repair wooden structures such as counters, benches, and cabinets. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent
- Ability to perform a variety of physical tasks
- Understanding of and willingness to abide by all safety protocols
- Ability to pass a drug/background check
- Highly professional and dependable
- Experience and working knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, landscaping and some electrical.
- Comfortable with occasional travel to out-of-state dealerships
