O’Rourke Clips LLC is a locally-family-owned organization of 7 salons in New Hampshire and has been in business since 2011.
We are growing into one of the largest, most established salon organizations in the area operating as Great Clips-the national trusted name in family hair care.
Stylists earn an income from a variety of sources including a minimum base wage starting @ $14 or more, daily tips & commissions, plus incentives averaging $25-$35 per hour plus 401K w / company match, vacation & holiday pay

Hair Stylist / Barber Qualifications :
- Cosmetology and / or Barber License (licensing requirements vary by state / province)
- The passion to build genuine connections with customers and provide GREAT haircuts
- The desire to deliver a consistent Great Clips® brand experience (don’t worry, training is provided)
- The ability to work with teammates to develop a supportive and positive salon vibe
