We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HOA Manager to join our team. The HOA Manager will be responsible for the overall management of assigned communities, ensuring that all operations are carried out in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned communities, including maintenance, finances, and administration.
- Ensure compliance with all HOA rules and regulations.
- Manage relationships with residents, board members, vendors, and contractors.
- Prepare and manage budgets and financial reports.
- Conduct regular meetings with board members and residents.
- Respond to resident inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure that services are performed at a high level of quality.
- Ensure that all community amenities and facilities are properly maintained.
- Prepare and distribute regular newsletters and other communications to residents.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in HOA management, not rental.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people.
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of HOA laws and regulations.
