QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma required, post high school education preferred, with course work
in double-entry accounting;
Two years' payroll experience preferred;
Two years' experience in computerized business systems;
Proficiency at 10-key data entry;
Attention to detail and organizational skills required;
Excel and Outlook experience required.
DUTIES:
Process monthly and semi-monthly payrolls;
Fund accounting: receipting and general ledger maintenance;
Process wage garnishments;
Process tax-shelter annuities;
Process and maintain reports to unions and
pension funds;
Process requests for verification of employment;
Other duties as assigned.
