Responsibilities:
Process endorsements on insurance policies.
Answer customer questions in a prompt and efficient manner.
Process insurance premium payments.
Assist with policy rewrites.
Provide EXCELLENT customer service to all customers.
Answering the phone "with a smile"
Document conversations in agency management system.
Assist with required documets for new business and existing insurance policies.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year customer service experience requires. Insurance customer service preferred.
