The Director of Sales is charged with establishing and cultivating strong relationships with potential residents, with the ultimate aim of positioning Amira Lake Elmo as their optimal living choice. Backed by a dynamic, data-driven corporate sales team, this role will leverage qualified leads to build meaningful relationships that culminate in successful sales.

Director of Sales Responsibilities:
- Oversee the sales process from initial contact to finalization
- Plan, host, and engage in targeted marketing events
- Manage inquiries via phone and digital channels, ensuring personalized and timely follow-ups
- Schedule and follow up on prospect meetings
- Conduct personalized tours and visits with potential residents and their families
- Offer consultative support to prospects throughout their decision-making journey
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with all potential residents
- Host Signature Club events to foster community relations and encourage referrals
- Prioritize pre-move-in administrative tasks, including document signing and fee collection
- Stay informed on local competitors and present findings in weekly meetings
- Clearly communicate residency prerequisites
- Contribute to the evolution of marketing and media strategies
- Attend weekly marketing and 1-on-1 supervisory meetings
- Engage in and apply sales training initiatives
- Record all prospect and referral activities in the approved company database
- Adhere to professional grooming and attire standards
- Leverage networking opportunities through active organizational memberships
- Safeguard the confidentiality of prospects and residents
- Ensure all sales and marketing activities comply with Minnesota state regulations
Director of Sales Qualifications:
- Team-oriented mindset with openness to new approaches
- Stellar leasing and closing capabilities
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in senior living sales preferred
- Expertise in pre-leasing and community launches a plus
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive attitude
- Familiarity with lead management software and MS Office suite
- Basic proficiency in English reading, writing, speaking, and math
