Great Western Leasing & Sales (GWLS) is seeking people like you to join our Team as a Sr. Manager of eCommerce Parts Operations! Our company is a leader in serving the semi-trailer industry and we are looking to expand our operation into eCommerce parts sales. This role be an integral part of building out a new eCommerce platform and team, managing the day-to-day operation, and leading the expansion of market capture.
We have operations onsite in Fontana, CA; Albuquerque, NM; Phoenix, AZ; Grants Pass, OR; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; Dearborn, MI; and Salt Lake City, UT.

The Sr. Manager of eCommerce Parts Operations will be responsible for the cross-departmental coordination to support the eCommerce Parts Platform and execute the strategy. This would concentrate in four main areas with the following duties:
- Responsible for maintaining the product lifecycle for eCommerce parts including introduction, growth, maturity, and decline of all offered products.
- Consolidating data for product offerings, including descriptions, specifications, photos, and any other information.
- Provide regular competitive analysis, manage site data and analytics, and regularly present insights for scale.
- Review, create, and optimize product descriptions and keywords to increase organic ranking in search results.
- Actively research latest trends and suggest products with specifications and price point for changes.
- Propose new product introductions or retirements based on performance.
- Enhance and execute the eCommerce marketing strategy to maximize results.
- Work with the marketing team to lead the launch of eCommerce parts sales.
- Work with third party vendors, Sr. management, and marketing to execute website updates including changes based on promotional activity, content refreshes, and new product set-up.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify requirements and align on specific questions relating to the launch of eCommerce parts sales and future campaigns.
- Monitor the live site daily to check for category navigation issues, opportunities, and product accuracy.
- Develop and manage eCommerce Parts performance on behalf of the company.
- Offer guidance based on experience to the Company team on the launch and effectiveness of the eCommerce platform.
- Provide the Inventory Manager with monthly forecasts and adjust forecasts based on evolving sales trends.
- Strategize the companys eCommerce direction to achieve favorable goals
- Develop monthly sales reports and report to Sr. Management.
- Directly manage the fulfillment vendor(s) or coordinate with internal managers for accurate and timely fulfillment of eCommerce parts.
- Develop and execute new processes with vendors, internal groups, etc to streamline order-cash process.
- Act as the companys representative with all third party vendors relating to eCommerce, and regularly research potential new partners and initiate relationships.
- Resolve high-level customer issues or disputes as they pertain to eCommerce transactions.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in eCommerce operations
- Bachelors Degree Preferred
- Experience with both B2B and B2C eCommerce
- Understanding of customer service, supply chain, fulfillment, and operations processes
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, summarize results, determine best course of action, and present the recommendation
- Knowledge of Tableau a plus
- Strong use of Microsoft Office Products, particularly Excel
- Valid driver's license and reliable form of transportation
