GreekYearbook is a nationwide photography company with hundreds of contract photographers around the country. We have been in business for over 20 years and hire photographers for shoots year round. We are currently looking to expand our local photography team. We specialize in 3 types of shoots headshots, group shots, and event photography.
Job Specifications:
We are looking for someone the is proficient in all aspects of photography and has great people skills. Although we would like to find photographers who are capable of shooting all 3 types of shoots, we would be willing to hire someone that specializes in at least one of the types of shoots.
Required Skills:
- Exceptional photography skills photographing people
- Proficient use of DSLR
- Experience photographing in a studio and on location
- Understanding of all color spaces, image quality settings, and formats
- Adherence to timelines, thinking creatively to increase productivity
- Able to follow guidelines set but the company and the clients
- Ability to assess outdoor lighting to determine the best location for photos
- Great customer service skills and experience photographing people of all ages
Education and Technical Requirements:
- 3 years min professional experience in photography photographing people
- Must own a DSLR 16 MP, Speedlights, wide angle and portrait lenses, and lighting equipment
- Portfolio with relevant work experience and examples required.
- High speed internet required for image transferring.
These jobs are meant to fill spots in your freelance schedule. There is no editing that is needed, our in-house team of designer take care of that. Our smallest jobs start at $150 plus expenses and go up from there depending on the size and type of the job.
