What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician I position at Green Cove Properties?
We are looking to add a dependable residential maintenance technician to support our construction division. The maintenance technician is responsible for general maintenance & upkeep on both vacant & occupied properties. This person would need to be dependable & reliable. Expected to work solo or in with other team members & vendors.
Responsibilities - This work may include, but is not limited:
- Replace light fixtures
- Switch outlets & switches
- Install new faucets, p - traps, dishwashers
- Routine inspections on vacant & occupied properties
- Drill out/change locks
- Pick up & drop off materials to job sites
- Install doors & trim
- Light painting & drywall patching
- Installing blinds
- Conduct inspections on vacant properties
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.55 - $31.05 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus opportunities

Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:
- Maintenance: 5 years (Preferred)
