Join our dedicated and growing team at Green Mill Restaurant in Albert Lea. We will train and work with you to develop your leadership skills. Multiple opportunities for career advancement within company. 20-30 hours of supervisor hours, supplemented with additional hours in serving.
Ideal applicant will possess the following attributes:
At least 2 years of restaurant experience and/or 1 year in a supervisor or lead serving position.
Leadership skills to motivate and develop staff to set and achieve service standards and sales goals.
Exceptional customer service skills, personable, and Guest-focused
Flexibility to work nights and weekends
ServSafe Certification preferred but not required
High importance placed on organization and timeliness.
Willingness to learn and grow personal attributes to best serve the business
Responsibilities include:
Providing genuine customer service
Holding staff accountable by coaching and training
Create a fun & safe team work environment
Daily (minimal) accounting & shift paperwork
Ensuring all service & food standards are met each day
Reporting to General Manager, running floor shifts.
