Operations Manager

Green's Commercial Cleaning, Inc. has provided quality facility maintenance, and janitorial services since 2003. Responsibilities:

• Orients, develops, and supervises all supervisory/ janitorial staff
• Conducts regular inspections on-site and in a timely manner
• Reports deficiencies to management office

• Keeps records and/or spreadsheets of inventory levels
• Quickly responds to requests from clients and vendors

• Helps employees on-site when needed
• Arranges deliveries to sites once a month and may be required to step in and do deliveries when needed
• Works closely with talent recruiter to ensure sites are 100% staffed at all times
• Plans work/staffing schedules and areas of work to ensure adequate services are rendered
• Ability to partner collaboration and problem-solve with management

• Manages callouts and all employee schedules to ensure all positions are covered; Fill in when necessary

• Works with new clients and the recruiter to create a new cleaning schedule and ensure the position is filled on the start date
• Ensures all periodical work is scheduled per contracts
• Speaks with customers over the phone and through email in order to schedule, remind and follow-up on work that is done
• Establishes recruiting needs by studying organization plans and objectives and meeting with managers to discuss needs

Qualifications:

• Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills
• Good communication skills both verbal and written; organization skills
• Knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite
• Integrity and ability to work well with others in an office setting
• Effective time management and ability to meet deadline
