Job Description Role and Responsibilities-
- • Sorting produce on a tray according to grade/quality, color, and size, and places produce in containers or on designated conveyors.
- Checks quality of produce before placing them in containers.
- Packs produce in containers, trays, or crates for storage or shipment.
- Ensuring the correct weight of finished product. Places labels on finished containers.
- Cuts, and trims produce such as asparagus, squash, broccoli, and Brussel sprouts, including but not limited to other produce items.
- Working in fast paced working environment.
- Follow all company guidelines regarding packing, SOP's, GMP's, Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Follow all Proper Protective Equipment (PPE's), including but not limited to slip resistant/steel toed boots.
- Maintain a clean work area.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
