We are seeking an experienced Controller that has overall knowledge with month end, GL, booking multiple companies, and NetSuite experience.

Duties:

• Direct and coordinate daily operations of the accounting department, including billing, collections, payments, payroll, financial reporting, and budget preparation.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports as required
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in a timely manner
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principle
• Supervise accounting department for month-end and yearly-end close process such as preparation of journal entries and reconciliations across various accounting functions
• Review daily financial activity and identify any extraordinary situations
• Projects revenues and operating expenses to be budgeted
• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
• Periodically review customer credits and monitor bad debt allowance
• Periodically review inventory and monitor aged inventory allowance
• Oversee financial audits by CPA firms or banks
• Prepare tax filings with all federal, state, and local corporate, and other applicable compliance efforts.

Requirements:

• NetSuite experience a MUST
• B.S degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in the accounting or financial fields
• Minimum of 5 years supervisor experience
• Experience with cash management, financial analysis, and budgeting
• Superior accounting knowledge and hands on experience
• Strong communication, leadership and team building skills
• Proven success in accounting, financial planning and management
• Ability to identify and resolve problems with sound and accurate judgment
• Must be able to speak and understand Chinese, with a background in e-commerce marketplaces.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $150,000.00 per year
