Key Responsibilities
Asset Management:
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all assets.
- Implement asset tracking systems.
Maintenance & Repairs Scheduling:
- Schedule regular maintenance and inspections.
- Coordinate repairs and replacements as needed.
Utilization Optimization:
- Analyze asset usage to maximize efficiency.
- Recommend asset acquisitions or disposals.
Compliance:
- Ensure all assets comply with safety and regulatory standards.
Reporting:
- Prepare reports on asset status and performance.
- Collaborate with Finance on asset valuation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business, or related field.
- 5 years of experience in asset management or logistics.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with asset management software.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
