Greenberry is looking to hire a Marketing Specialist 

GENERAL SUMMARY

Provide Marketing support for Greenberry by developing Marketing Materials and Marketing Campaigns to support Greenberry Services and Business needs.  In addition to these duties, there will be additional support in developing and the coordination of project prequalification and trade shows, conferences, and career fairs.

 

PRIMARY DUTIES

Marketing Materials Development

  • Marketing Materials Development to include:
    • Write detailed creative briefs for designers, writers, and other content providers.
    • Build a cohesive long term content plan for multiple lines of Greenberry businesses.
    • Develop digital strategy and ultimately drive greater brand presence, lead generation on key digital channels, and recruiting.
    • Work closely with Director of Business Development to develop and repurpose key content that can be used in proposals, selling materials, company descriptions, industry awards and other marketing materials.
    • Develop new corporate materials leveraging the recent rebranding of the company.
    • Manage apparel and merchandise orders and other branded goods.

 

Marketing Campaign Development

  • Marketing Campaign Development to include:
    • Planning, development and execution of Marketing Campaigns to support lead generation efforts.
    • Build campaigns to support events before, at and after the shows that will drive new marketing qualified business leads.
    • Planning, development and execution of Social Media campaigns.
    • Perform Market Research on competition, partners, and industry leaders to support Director of Business Development in the analysis of industry and business trends.
    • Manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) reporting and recommendations with Agency.
    • Coordinate with BD, Estimating, and Recruiting for messaging and cross promotional opportunities, events, and materials.
    • Evaluation of Return on Investment of different marketing campaigns.

Administrative

  •         Administrative tasks to include:
    • Project Prequalification paperwork.
    • Provide input to budgets, code invoices, and review expense reports.
    • Coordinate the printing and shipping of marketing materials for trade shows/conferences/career fairs.
    • Provides on-site booth team support at key events, including oversight of show set-up and break-down.
    • Manage details surrounding external conference/event/career fair sponsorships, community sponsorships, and internal events.
    • Support leadership with internal Leadership Conferences and internal Regional events.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

 

Decisions are made within policy constraints. Performs duties independently with general directions. Determines own practices and procedures, contributing to the development of new concepts. Job encounters recurring work situations with occasional variations, involving a moderate degree of complexity and judgment required. Contacts are normally made with others inside and outside the company, including customers, other department personnel, immediate associates, and own supervisor. Contacts are usually made on own initiative concerning matters requiring explanation, discussion, interpretation, or approvals.

All employees have the responsibility to both the customer and their co-workers to do the job right the first time and to ensure the customers’ needs are being met.

 

SPECIFIC EDUCATION, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

 

*         Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Equivalent

  • At least 3 years’ relevant experience in Brand Management or Marketing.  Must have strong knowledge of Marketing fundamentals, analytical expertise, and be familiar with development of Marketing Materials and Marketing Campaigns.
  • Proven experience in developing creative briefs and working with designers and creative teams to develop Marketing Materials
  • Cross-functional experience (i.e. sales, research, strategy, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.  Ability to effectively interface with cross-functional teams at all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer literacy and strong knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Smartsheet, MS Teams, LinkedIn Admin, Facebook Admin, and Adobe Illustrator
  • Ability to manage and administer a broad range of tasks including resolving issues, planning, prioritizing and executing on priorities.
  • Position requires the ability to multi-task and to maintain composure under pressure.

WORK CONDITIONS

 

Normal working hours are 8:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. Monday though Friday.  Occasional overtime and travel may be required during periods of high workload, major projects or tradeshows/conferences.  Extensive time at computer monitor required.

Benefits - Health, life, dental insurance options, 401 K with 3% company match with employees 6% contribution. PTO plan

Salary: - $ 65,000 to 85,000 yearly based on experience
