Overview

Be a part of the Energy Transition with this exciting opportunity to get in on the ground level of a World Scale Biogas production facility. Greenberry Industrial is teaming up with Shell New Energies to grow their biogas facility in Junction City, that takes locally sourced biomass and turns it into clean natural gas.

Greenberry Industrial, the O&M contract holder, is looking to hire local talent and has immediate openings for multiple shifts with opportunities to advance into higher levels of responsibility and pay.

Responsibilities & Expectations

• Operate and maintain straw processing system
• Perform job duties safely and efficiently
• Complete and follow Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Permit to Work (PTW) as needed
• Read, interpret and produce Standard Operating Procedures for operating team
• Read, interpret and complete work orders as directed
• Read and interpret P&ID documents
• Interpret and develop Management of Change documentation
• Complete work individually or in team settings
• Be a part of an on-call team and perform duties as required on revolving schedule
• Meet and report shift up-time and production targets

Education & Experience

• 
  High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Oregon driver's license

Skills

• Forklift Operator certified
• Certifications within OR-OSHA safety policies is preferred
• Be able to work with a diverse team with varying backgrounds and skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Competent with varied computer and android applications
• Must be willing to work extended and varied shifts
• Must be willing and able to work in all seasons and conditions throughout the year
• Physically able to lift items that are 50lbs max and team lift 100lbs max

Drug-free work environment – Must be able to pass drug test and be part of company random testing program

Salary / Benefits

• $20 to 25 per hour
• Weekly pay frequency
• Benefits accrue after 60 days – Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k
