Job Posting for Structural Detailer / Draftsmen at Greenberry Industrial
Greenberry has an immediate opportunity for a Structural Steel Detailer / Draftsman
Here is a look at some of the work you will be performing:
- Project Drawing review
- Importing electronic files and nesting software for Multiple automation
- Performing checks to ensure files match detail drawings
- Monitoring project progress.
- Providing BOM quantity's after nesting to minimize material waste.
- Coordinating with project team helping with fabrications details.
- Providing regular schedule status updates to project management
- Assisting with Coordination with project teams.
- Providing support for all fabrication projects
- Simplify drawing details for Fabricators.
- Assisting in the preparation of project status reports, presentations, and other communication materials
- Ensuring schedule adherence to industry standards and best practices and being met.
Qualifications:
- Education in Drafting Technology or 2 year related experience.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 is a plus
- Minimum of 5 years of drawing knowledge and experience in a Structural fabrication setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
