QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
- Oversee the entire quality assurance process, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
- Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish quality metrics and goals
- Analyze data and trends to identify patterns and potential issues
- Lead investigations into product or process failures and recommend solutions
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure quality standards are understood and followed by all employees
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices in quality assurance

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, quality management)
- Proven experience in quality assurance or a related role
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets
- Knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001)
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for the industry (e.g., FDA, GMP)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
