We are seeking Energetic and Motivated people interested in becoming in being a part of our Maintenance Department as an Client Relations Manager.
The Client Relations Manager is responsible to understand client expectations & consistently exceeds client expectations; keeps customers well-informed, listens to them attentively, and addresses their concerns. Client Relations Manager will participate in customer meetings, and formal presentations. Candidates in this roll will maintain landscape agreements, complete punch lists, and prepare proposals for renewal as well as property inspection reports with improvement recommendations.
The Client Relations Manager will work alongside the Operations Manager to maintain a high retention rate and produce a departmental GPM that ensures the company achieves profit goals for the year.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of Account Management Experience (Professional Landscape Experience desired).
- Previous Account Manager Experience Preferred
- Must have a current Driver’s License
- Strong work ethic and oral and written communication skills
- Microsoft Outlook, EXCEL, and WORD proficient
- Bachelor or Associate degree preferred or combination of education and experience.
- Pre-employment drug test required along with a copy of DMV Driving Record that demonstrates a clean record.
