As the Total Rewards Consultant, you will be responsible for enhancing Greenheck’s existing Total Rewards programs and developing new initiatives. You will provide leadership in researching, implementing, and driving adoption of benefits programs that serve to enhance Greenheck’s employer of choice focus, while also identifying cost savings opportunities.
What you’ll be doing:

Identifies, researches, proposes, and implements recommended changes to Total Rewards programs including benefits programs, including implementation of centers of excellence, second opinion services, plan design enhancements, etc.

Maintains understanding of market trends and legal implications of potential changes; provides recommendations to leadership on opportunities for improvement.

Understands aggregate population health metrics and uses this information to propose and implement programs to improve targeted health outcomes and drive health care consumer behavior

Drive strategic reward programs with a high degree of autonomy through ambiguous circumstances

Drive innovation in our reward offerings, identifying and designing new programs to meet the changing needs of our workforce.

Responsible for developing strategy for multi-site Reward programs and vendors, including selection and contracting, creating project plans, assembling resources, and developing processes and policies through stabilization period to ensure smooth transition to plan administration teams.

Manage projects with a proven ability to design workable solutions, manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize workloads, meet deadlines and drive projects to successful implementation.

Apply deep analytical skills, to work with and communicate large amounts of data findings, experience establishing and tracking program metrics and presenting dashboard of ongoing results.

Work closely with Director, Total Rewards, Benefits Manager and finance team to track identified savings and reinvestments; develops and reports on metrics for measuring success.
What it takes:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Communications or related field required

5 years of progressively more responsible work experience in benefits strategy is required.

Certification/License – Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) is a plus

Excellent communication, interpersonal, organization and time management skills

Strong attention to detail, excellent analytical abilities

Ability to proactively drive and communicate initiatives
