Requirements
Representatives are responsible for taking in-bound phone calls to assist customers, service professionals, and sales representatives with their pest control needs.
Duties Include: Interacting over the phone to help customers with scheduling, updating payments and other tasks. Help Sales Professionals in completing door-to-door sales as well as assisting our Service Professionals in route management and up-sells.
Responsibilities:
- Being Punctual for shifts
- Answering In-bound calls
- Noting Customer accounts correctly
Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma/GED
- Positive and Friendly attitude
