Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Armed Guard to join our team for part time and flex guard positions. We have a part time schedule that facilitates an 8.5 hr total time posting with a small break in between the posts. This offers the opportunity to claim a morning or evening part time post with our company for a 6 day per week contract.

As an Armed Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients. Your primary duty will be to protect property, assets, and individuals from potential threats. If you have a background in law enforcement or loss prevention and possess the necessary certifications, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Provide armed security services to clients in various locations
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter criminal activity
- Monitor surveillance systems and respond to any suspicious activity
- Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering the premises
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and take appropriate action
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, accidents, or unusual occurrences
- Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Conduct investigations into security breaches or incidents as required

Qualifications:
- Must have a valid armed guard license/certificate
- Previous experience in law enforcement, loss prevention, or a related field is preferred
- Military experience is a plus
- Strong surveillance skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of conflict management techniques
- Familiarity with CCTV systems and other security equipment
- CPR and first aid certification is required
