HCM Sales Representative

The HCM Sales Representative is accountable and responsible for selling the product and services of the company including payroll and human resources to current and new clients. The job requires high energy and enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment. This person will be comfortable scheduling appointments with HR/Payroll professionals, and executive-level decision makers, conducting live demonstrations of our innovative online software, preparing pricing proposals, and closing business to meet sales goals.

Essentials Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads.
• Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs in order to suggest products and services to meet those requirements.
• Maintains active detailed reports of sales activity.

Requirements:

• 2 years successful track record in Business-to-Business sales
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• At least 6 months prior HCM sales experience
• Detail and follow-up oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
• Projecting a positive image in representing the Company to clients and the community
• Exemplary communication and technical presentation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Superior listening skills
• Self-starter with ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suites or related software
