Location: Remote until January 2022, then may be required to work from our Glenridge office 1-2 days/week.

As the Senior Manager, Operations Analytics, you will:
- Serve as a primary lead for measuring and enhancing key customer journey moments/touchpoints – activation, loan payoff, etc.
- Run campaigns to promote digital adoption in GreenSky like paperless, enabling automatic payments
- Build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer experience improvements working in tandem with operational leaders
- Solve critical business and operations problems based on data and analytics in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and dynamic environment including development of the implementation roadmap, tracking progress, and quickly pivoting based on informed recommendations/feedback
Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- The ideal candidate will have at least 8-10 years of work experience and strong quantitative, analytical, and statistical skills.
- Provide valuable insights using data-driven analytics to help identify and resolve issues relating to all areas of the business and operations
- Autonomously frame up and solve problems in white space to address underlying risks to the business as well as coordinate with various teams to drive towards execution
- Work with cross-functional teams to achieve desired corporate/departmental/team goals, building consensus, agreement, and a common vision for the future
- Analyze operations key performance indicators, including Customer data and make recommendations to improve operational efficiency and customer experience
- Partner with stakeholders to articulate value of analysis and recommendations.
Required Skills/Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a technical major (Engineering, Math, Business) AND 5-7 years of work experience as an analyst OR Master’s degree in quantitative field
- Extremely proficient Microsoft Excel skills
- 7 years of experience an analytics role
- 2 years in Operations analytics, strategy, or business analytics
- Strong SQL skills
- Strong R or Python skills
- Proficient in MS Office products, particularly Excel
- Flexibility and ability to thrive in a rapidly-changing, fast-paced environment
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and critically
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, process mindset and decision-making skills
- Persistent, confident, and inquisitive personality
- Skilled communicator with ability to influence others
- Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate a passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
Desired but not required:
- Experience in banking and financial services
- Experience with AWS analytics tools, SQL, Snowflake and Google Analytics
- Data sciences background
- Knowledge of GreenSky’s products or any instalment loan products
- Previous Call Center analysis experience
- Process Transformation/ improvement experience
