At Greenway, Product Managers (PM) are influencers who provide vision and business strategy. You responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including: gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. You also ensure that the product(s) supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. This role may include possible duties of a product owner. The PM will be accountable for individual pieces or whole products of Greenway’s software/services which may include P&L responsibility, assessing the market, competitive analysis, pricing, developing user stories, training, product strategy and product planning. The PM contributes largely to the overall success of specific products and in assuring a market driven focus for product management.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Develops product roadmaps that are prioritized by customer need, business goals, and market analysis.
• Market assessment and analysis to understand competitive offerings and create a market-driven, differentiated strategy for your product(s)
• P&L and Forecasting management for parts of product or whole product depending on size
• Facilitates “voice of the customer” activities
• Communicates business cases, market analysis, roadmap, and product metrics to senior leadership
• Coordinates with third party vendors and strategic partners to ensure that initiatives are well-defined and delivered.
• Leads cross-functional teams to drive holistic product success
• Develops user stories and ensure stories are ‘ready’ for development to start work
• Gathers, manages and prioritizes the product backlog, backlog grooming
• Accountable for solution delivery
• Works with customer facing teams and stakeholders to ensure readiness and excellent execution
• Responsible for defect management, prioritization, and resolution #LI Remote

Education

• Bachelor’s in Business, Computer Science, or a related field and/or requisite experience considered.

Preferred Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience with the full life cycle of product development with the following experience:
• Experience in, or demonstrated familiarity with healthcare
• Demonstrated success defining and launching new products

Skills/Knowledge

• Highly motivated and self-directed individual
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-moving environment
• Understanding of healthcare market and trends
• Strong quantitative/qualitative business case analysis skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple efforts in a cross-functional environment
• The drive to proactively resolve issues and follow-through
• Proficient in developing and conducting presentations at all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
