Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize emails, ensuring timely responses and communication.
- Update and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Utilize social media platforms to enhance the company's online presence.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations.
- Support the team with general office tasks.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant.
- Strong social media management skills.
- Familiarity with marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- $18.00 - $20.00 per hr, depending on experience.
