What we are looking for:

• Create a warm and inclusive environment for your team and your customers
• Prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages, including latte art (we’ll teach you!)
• Bake delicious scones, muffins, cookies, and pastries fresh daily
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards by completing delegated tasks
• Have an open mind to learning new things and embracing change
• Open to learning new things
• Provide excellent customer service to guests, ensuring a satisfactory experience
• Greet guests promptly and take beverage orders
• Take orders from guests and input into POS, ensuring 100% accuracy
• Prepare and sell coffee drinks following Gregorys Coffee recipes and preparation techniques
• Maintain coffee bar inventory by replenishing coffee bean supply, coffee, brewing equipment
• Maintain expert knowledge of all menu offerings
• Be a team player—support and assist your fellow team members whenever possible
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor(s)

• Employees are also required to regularly li and/or move up to 30 lbs (Coffee bags, milk crates, paper goods, etc.'
