We have been retained to fill an Assistant Plant Manager role with a growing food manufacturing company! This is a midsized company who offers strong benefits, compensation and opportunities for growth.
Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • Strong leadership of production in a food manufacturing plant
  • A natural desire to improve operations
  • Developer of people and process
  • Change leadership experience
  • Exposure to Lean/TPM CI programs
  • BS degree is strongly preferred
  • Bilingual in Vietnamese would be a dream come true, but not required

This role will have responsibility for 4 productions supervisors and approximately 50 hourly associates. This is a two shift operations with an external contractor doing Sanitation on 3rd shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per hour
