What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Director position at GreyOrange?
Job Summary
Client Directors join our global offices and the GO-5 practice to lead teams and work directly with our clients in long term strategic relationships. When you join GreyOrange as a Client Director, you are joining a firm that will challenge you. You will be the face of GreyOrange, leading accounts (development and delivery), working with diverse engineering, solutioning and delivery teams to help organizations solve complex problems in the operations and supply chain advance automation space. In a collaborative team setting, you'll work closely with others but also autonomously with little direction. Your superior analytical, quantitative, problem solving and conceptual thinking skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills will ensure successful client relationships and team performance in a consultative sales and delivery model. What you’ll do? You will be making critical contributions to the analysis, design, and implementation of a fulfilment operating system to ensure positive impact and sustainable results. You will have the opportunity to build on your proven leadership skills and leverage your interest in inspiring others, building strong relationships, and creating a true transformation for our customers.
Client project work includes a deep understanding of warehouse operations and technology that is used to then gather and analyse information, formulating and testing hypotheses, and developing recommendations for presentation to client management. From there, you will implement the GreyOrange platform of software and advanced automation robotics in a cross functional collaborative model. You’ll also gain new skills and build on the strengths you bring to the firm. GreyOrange team members receive exceptional training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues and senior leadership. In addition to sales and solutioning support you will typically lead an internal team of 3 – 5 full time associates, dozens of fractional internal support resources and several client-based and 3 rd party cross functional team members to help companies achieve new levels of supply chain performance.
