JOB TITLE: Sales Operations Analyst

JOB SUMMARY:

GreyscaleAI is setting a bold new standard for safer, smarter inspection of the things that matter most: food, drink, and medicine. We are seeking Sales Operations Analyst to bring their collaboration and analytical skills to help us continue the rapid growth of our business. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and problem solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. This role will have a direct impact on our success by uncovering opportunities, setting up commercial customers to learn about and purchase GreyscaleAI systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate market insight and sales funnel
  • Collect market data for target segments, and key accounts.
  • Research new accounts and programs to identify new sales prospects.
  • Proactively generate and qualify sales leads/opportunities with inbound and outbound prospecting and lead management.
  • Document outreach efforts, account management plans, next steps/actions, and leads/opportunity notes.
  • Set up processes to help scale our ability to reach potential customers.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of sales materials such as proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Manage and maintain CRM system
  • Drive forecast accuracy by ensuring accurate data entry and reporting.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports for sales leadership.
  • Provide support to the sales team by responding to customer inquiries, tracking orders, and resolving customer issues.
  • Follow up with customers on open quotations and help secure purchase orders.
  • Own sales projects and processes
  • Track engagements to achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly KPI metrics.
  • Coordinate with other departments such as engineering, finance, operations, customer success and field services to ensure efficient sales processes.
  • Be an advocate of the field and champion an "easy to do business with" approach.
  • Participate in sales team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales strategies and processes.
  • Drive continuous improvement on all related sales processes, documents, and tools to ensure ongoing standardization and simplification of the Sales process.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years’ experience in sales development roles with proven track record of results.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise software, Cloud and Services Sales.
  • Ability to multitask, efficiently prioritize tasks, make decisions and drive projects to completion.
  • Polished and effective phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated self-directed and focused work ethic with strong planning, organizing, & time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; attention to detail.
  • Ability to cross train and be effective in a variety of ways for a scaling startup.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience creating marketing materials for products in six figure range.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or equivalent highly desired.
  • Consumer packaged goods or food inspection industry preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
