Job Posting for Yardi Support Coordinator at Greystar Management Services, LP
This role supports the Greystar Student Living line of business.
Provide support, administration, to internal and external systems and business processes that meet the Company’s internal and external client needs for business operations and data analysis.
This position serves as the systems liaison between executives, operations, and accounting in the maintenance of our ERP (Yardi), Investment and Accounting systems.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Become the subject matter expert of identified systems and provide end user support for such systems.
Participates in the analysis, testing and deployment of application upgrades to third party developed systems.
Work directly with customers to determine requirements needed for system changes and implementations.
Monitor and assess existing system / system usage to identify needed system improvements.
Support the day to day function of applications through monitoring, administration, and updating of data as needed.
Provides custom reports and ad hoc analysis as required by various internal business groups.
Perform system administrator function including user management, maintaining system data, visual layout, and work flow rules- specifically related to Yardi conversions for new property takeovers.
Identify training needs and opportunities and collaborate with other departments to create training programs.
Provide technical support to end users.
Demonstrated ability to build customer focused relationships
Ability to adapt to changes in structures and work priorities
Ability to organize & prioritize assistance to others
Capable of identifying repeat requests and perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions to reduce repetitive requests
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
