A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RETAIL TIRE SALES ASSOCIATE /ASSISTANT MANAGER
As a Retail Tire Sales Associate /Assistant Manager, you strive to increase the overall efficiency and profitability of our store. Every day, you do your part to keep our customers happy and our technicians productive. You thoroughly speak with each customer about their needs, and you recommend the appropriate tires, products, or services as solutions. After deciding what work needs to be done, you dispatch repair orders to the technicians and gather the purchased items.
Maintaining a well-stocked inventory, you ensure we always have all the parts and equipment we need to serve our customers. When repairs are finished, you return each vehicle to the rightful owner and make sure the customer is satisfied. If a client is unhappy with our service, you expertly handle the situation to make everything right. As needed, you are eager and happy to help your coworkers with their duties as well. You take pride in providing excellent customer service while boosting our business!
