MARKETING SPECIALIST

The primary goal of the Marketing Specialist position is to help build marketing campaigns through various channels of customer interactions with a strong emphasis on social media platforms. This position requires interest in cars and the broader car community. You will get to convey the fun in OUR garage in our marketing efforts.

This role requires a exceptional communication skills, a desire to engage with customers, collaborate with different teams, and strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for posting on all social media platforms and addressing customers comments and questions.

· Partner with the customer service team to resolve customer issues as they are brought up through the different platforms.

· Collaborate on content with photo, video, and product team on planning for assets on the various platforms.

· Brainstorm new ideas and topics for posts and stories.

· Participate in moderating YouTube Lives, and other happenings as necessary.

· Identify new partnerships in the social media space.

· Provide monthly reporting on performance of the platforms and opportunities.

· Partner with team to better understand paid social media campaigns and growth opportunities.

· Cover key local events on social media platforms.

Qualifications

• Interest in cars, car community, and car care is a must
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• 3 years of social media experience across all platforms in a business setting
• Experience using a scheduling tool a plus
• Experience sing Asana, ClickUp, or a project management tool a plus
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to analyze results to identify opportunities for growth and expansion
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
