Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 plus commission structure & auto allowance
Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships by engaging with local communities, senior centers, and healthcare facilities to promote services and form partnerships.
- Developing and implementing referral-building strategies to increase awareness of Griswold services.
- Identify and cultivate potential leads through digital platforms, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
- Educate local community groups and businesses on our services, ensuring a clear understanding of how we enhance their quality of life.
- Accurately record client information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team for efficient client intake and transitions, facilitating a seamless care transition.
- Organize and participate in community events to promote services and foster connections.

You will be successful in this role if you:
- Preferred: Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, or relevant experience.
- Home care experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in marketing strategies
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and proactive attitude.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
