What are the responsibilities and job description for the Teacher position at Gritman?
Provide care and educational programs with children ages 0-6.
Assist with general operations of the child care program.
Attend basic needs; assist in implementation of activities that stimulate the children's physical, emotional, intellectual, and social growth.
Assist children to explore their interest, develop skills, independence, self-esteem, and cooperative play with others.
Assist in maintaining an attractive, healthy surroundings, and ensure that classroom, equipment and materials are kept in good condition and free of safety hazards.
Assist in the service of meals and/or snacks to children.
Communicate effectively with Lead Teachers, parents, and staff.
Participate in staff meetings, in service trainings and professional development opportunities.
