Record Center Operations Manager
Job Posting for Record Center Operations Manager at GRM Document Management
Manage and oversee day to day operations, which includes customer service, scanning center and transportation. Responsibilities for this position will include managing the workflow processes, ensuring orders are processed in an effective manner and serviced on time. In addition, ensuring document scanning standards are practiced and followed.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage and oversee daily production volumes
- Provide management with weekly production reports
- Manage third party vendor relationship
- Hiring, onboarding and training new team members
- Work with sales team to define scope of work
- Oversee the quality control and audit process
- Coordinate box/document transfer, chain of custody
- Improve operations efficiencies and productions
- update clients and sales team on project status
- Manage and oversee daily production volumes in the scanning department
Requirements
- Minimum three years' experience managing a diverse group in multiple departments
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
TECHNICAL SKILLS & PROFICIENCY
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software
- Bachelor's Degree or eqivqlent experience
