Position Overview: As our Property Manager, under the direction of the Regional Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the property. Your duties will include supervising and leading employees, ensuring positive resident and prospect relations, collaborating on maintenance and cleaning oversight, overseeing key property financial operations, and ensuring compliance with local, state and federal housing, employment, and other relevant regulations and laws.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
● Ensure resident and prospect relations are positive, productive by training employees to
work with prospects, residents, and fellow employees toward mutually beneficial
solutions to housing needs. Train and supervise leasing staff to ensure high quality
marketing and sales of the apartments and apartment management and readiness.
Handle resident disputes, and employee issues.
● Process rental applications and lease agreements, enforce property rules; collect rent
and late fees; oversee move-ins and move-outs; process invoices, collections, renewals
and maintain accurate records.
● Collaborate on maintenance and cleaning oversight to ensure all apartments, hallways
and outside space are safe, clean and well-maintained at all times to ensure high quality
curb appeal and living experiences for prospects/residents.
Requirements:
● Experience in property management or a similar field and relevant software
● Organizational, time management, communication and customer service skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Knowledge of accounting principles, Word, Excel, other common software
● Ability to lift 30 lbs. without restrictions.
● Frequently stand, sit, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, stoop, walk distances
and steps.

Compensation: Compensation will be Commensurate with experience
Schedule: Fulltime, 40 hours per week, some Saturdays
