Gross Polowy is seeking an experienced litigator (2 – 5 years) to attend trials representing the plaintiff’s for a foreclosure firm in the New York City and Long Island area. Experience with oral argument on motions, home retention/loss mitigation settlement negotiations and appearances at foreclosure settlement conferences mediations are a must preferred.
Candidate must be a highly organized team player with strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have the ability to adapt to changing policies, procedures & practices. We are seeking a candidate that is able to work independently and be proactive with bringing matters to resolution.
