A bit about you
You will:
- Prepare budget-to-actual analysis by Department and review with Lead on a established cadence
- Work with leadership teams to establish budgetary plans based on departmental requirements, goals, and expectations
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting processes throughout the year
- Run and own reporting requirement and processes
- Evaluate current and previous financial data
- Collaborate across the FP&A team to evaluate and analyze ROI on each team
- Ensure expense guidelines are followed and maintained
- Perform ad-hoc analysis
You are:
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Efficient and a self-starter who enjoys problem solving
- Comfortable engaging with internal stakeholders, like C-level executives
- Comfortable working within a complex and demanding environment with deadlines

- Team oriented and collaborative
You have:
- 2-3 professional years of experience in Financial Analysis
- Understanding of financial statements
- Strong communication skills
- Advanced skills in Excel with financial modeling and scenario building experience
- Solid experience managing large amounts of data
- Experience or knowledge with financial planning tools, specifically Adaptive Insights and Saleforce preferred
- Experience in advertising, technology, or a high growth company is preferred
