Duties include:
- Greet clients and guests, answering phones and respond to client/vendor request and inquires.
- Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
- Drafting and emailing client/vendor correspondence
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
- Maintaining financial, employee, and client records.
- Managing and updating company databases.
- Schedule meetings for C-suite executives
- Managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment.
- Troubleshoot office technology.
- Back-up maintenance coordinator; field service calls for maintenance/property management
- Organize and maintain all common areas ( café, kitchenette, conference rooms and both workrooms.
- Receive all parcel deliveries and mail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Advanced Microsoft Office Suite and data management skills.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
