Summary:
Reporting to CACIB US Compliance’s Head of Governance and Ethics, the Compliance Officer will be in charge of implementing & maintaining CACIB US Compliance Governance Framework; acting as Secretary of the committees managed by CACIB US Compliance department and performing 2nd line of defense controls.
Key Responsibilities:
General
- Secretary (schedule & take the minutes) of the Committees managed by CACIB US Compliance
- US Compliance Management Committee
- US Complex Transaction Committee
- US New Activity Product Committee
- US Disciplinary Committee
- Americas Data Protection Council
- Other as needed
- Consolidate CPL opinion on the New Activity Product (NAP)
- Maintain & update on a periodical basis following governance documents
- Compliance US framework document
- Compliance US owned charters
- Compliance US Controls Inventory
- Compliance US owned Policies & Procedures inventory
- Compliance US organization chart
- Perform follow-up actions plans related to:
- CACIB US Compliance Committees
- NAP
- Perform Compliance controls as defined by Head Office and/or locally
Other
- Assist the CACIB Compliance Management on the implementation of existing and/or new initiatives (Data Protection Organization, Ethics & Conducts program, etc.)
- Any other assignment defined as a priority by CACIB Compliance Management
Qualifications/Education Required:
- College Degree
Experience Required:
- 1-5 years
Competencies Required:
- Analytical skills
- Knowledge on Compliance division mission statement and bank regulatory framework is a plus

Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
