What you'll be doing:
As a National Sales Manager at Stahls’ you will work in a supportive culture with other incredibly talented and intelligent people, creating industry-leading products. You will also have growth opportunities as we have a culture that supports your personal and professional development.
The National Sales Manager manages, directs, and coordinates all sales plans, programs, and convention activities. Recommends and establishes sales promotions, contests, and incentive programs. Oversees development of new accounts and servicing of existing accounts. Maintains and promotes trade contacts. Develops and executes sales plans and goals designed to increase sales, profits, and market share to minimize expenses.
- Manages Sales team to meet and exceed sales budget.
- Fosters communication between intercompany and customers.
- Price quotes for large orders and resolve pricing issues.
- Provides effective sales and marketing support.
- Nourishes communication between all divisions to ensure optimal sales.
- Evaluates sales team and operation and develops innovative ways to enhance sales keeping in line with the corporate culture.

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- 5 years sales experience in the decorated apparel industry (preferred).
- 5 years of experience building and managing a sales pipeline.
- Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving; proven track record of effectives sales management.
- Ability to manage a sales force to maximum efficiency.
- Ability to navigate CRM and SaleLoft software efficiently.
- Ability to produce sales budgets and identify sales projections in each of the markets.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Periodic travel required to attend industry tradeshows, customer locations.
