Groups Recover Together is a rapidly growing, venture-backed healthcare company founded to make recovery from opioid addiction respectful, accessible, and affordable for communities most in need. We are addressing one of the biggest public health crises of the day by fixing a market failure that prevents millions of Americans from accessing life-saving treatment. We serve more than 5,000 members across 50 offices in 6 states, and plan to grow by more than 50% this year as we build Groups into the leading national provider of opioid addiction treatment.     We are seeking a mission-driven, consumer-focused Digital Marketing Manager who is passionate about the opportunity to drive new member growth across a rapidly growing national network of offices. You will develop and implement a digital strategy that is tailored to our unique user base: opioid users in rural communities. To do this you will leverage your experience working with digital marketing, retail or brick-and-mortar businesses, and diverse customer demographics. This is a new role that will allow you to build on our successful marketing efforts to date, and to raise the bar on our organization’s digital presence. This position will report to the VP of Marketing.    Duties & Responsibilities • Develop a strategy across digital channels, determining where and how to most effectively to allocate budget to maximize member growth and ROI • Lead all Paid Social campaigns, including creative development, audience targeting strategy, daily budget monitoring, ongoing campaign and landing page optimization, and conversion rate optimization • Lead all Paid Search campaigns, including keyword research based on past performance and industry trends, daily budget monitoring, bid management, conversion rate optimization, and ongoing campaign and landing page optimization • Lead SEO initiatives with a focus on local listings management • Own digital presence for the brand, leading social media community management, content development, and engaging with our members by moderating messages and reviews • Measure, report, and optimize performance of all digital marketing campaigns with the goal of improving CAC • Collaborate with and manage agencies and other vendor partners • Work cross-functionally with our Customer Support Center team, IT, and Operations to track and convert new member leads    Qualifications • Highly analytical and detail-oriented • Ability to think both strategically and creatively  • Experience buying digital media via Facebook and Google • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics • Experience leading agency or freelance partners to develop impactful creative campaigns that engage and motivate • Excellent verbal and written communications, presentation, and interpersonal skills  • Comfort building and refining processes in a high growth organization • Ability to work cross-functionally across a geographically diverse organization • Ability to travel to field offices as needed (<5% overall time) • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite    Preferred Qualifications  • Experience building locally targeted campaigns for a multi-location business, specifically in rural areas • Experience marketing in a highly regulated industry, i.e. where LegitScript is certification required • Healthcare or medical marketing experience    Educational Requirements & Experience You are the ideal candidate if you have:  • BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or related field • 5+ years of professional experience managing paid digital campaigns in a consumer-focused organization    Physical Requirements & Working Conditions  This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 15 pounds and operates in a professional office environment using standard office equipment, such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, fax machines.  While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and frequently required to stand; walk; use hands and arms to reach, handle or feel.    These physical demands are representative of the physical requirements necessary for an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of the job.
