SUMMARY: Product Managers are responsible for proactively launching and optimizing Products based on consumer demand, competitive analysis, and regulatory requirements. Product Managers require a strong knowledge in software and hardware product development with a proven record of delivering solutions that improve functionality, productivity, and overall lifecycle experience. The Product Manager, Platform Services will champion and drive reporting, analytics, internal tools, integrations, and service-based product initiatives within Product Services while leading a cross-functional team dedicated to improving customer experience and organizational efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish, own, and drive strategic vision and scope with the commercial, development, and operations teams to promote development and launch of industry leading products
- Ability to present highly technical concepts to a wide variety of individuals potentially with limited technical knowledge.
- Function as primary point of contact for any Platform and/or Service based product related questions from the development team, hardware team, and operations in support of development, commercial, and operational activities
- Develop relationships with all stakeholders (internal and external) to facilitate research, data collection, strategy alignment, and tactical planning to successfully bring products to market and manage the overall product lifecycle
- Define, scope, and drive development of tools, reports, and visualizations for analytical evaluation to be used for monitoring various KPIs and performance that meet business and technical needs
- In working with the various departments across the organization, identify and drive development of internal tools, integration, and automation that drive effectiveness and efficiency within the organization
- Provide leadership and day to day management of team that includes a UI/UX Designer, Data Analyst, Technical Writer and Specialist that dedicated to developing solutions that improve internal/external customer experience, organizational efficiency, and analytic services to inform business decisions.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business, Statistics, or a similar field
- 3-5 years’ relevant experience in Product development and/or management; Preferred as associated with SaaS, Internal Platforms, or Analytics based Products
- 2 years’ experience leading a cross-functional team dedicated to solution development
- Experience managing solution development from ideation to release with the ability to prioritize and adapt according to demand
- Experience using Microsoft BI tools, SQL, Azure Cosmos DB, LiteDB, MongoDB, and SQLite and additional data technologies
- Ability to develop positive relationships and communicate effectively with customers, developers, QA analysts, producers, and executive leadership team
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent problem identification and solving ability
WORK ENVIRONMENT: The usual work environment is typical of an office environment. It is expected that an individual in this position will travel 10-25% within assigned Product Markets.
