Job Description

Project Managers at GROW are responsible for the successful end-to-end governance and delivery of our key initiatives, ensuring our objectives and outcomes are satisfied in line with agreed expectations.

As a Project Manager, you will lead the transition of our new clients from their legacy administration platform to the DLTA platform.

You'll be joining our newly created Enterprise Portfolio function and help evolve our Project Management centre of excellence whilst ensuring the transitions go smoothly and ultimately provide an incredible customer experience.

Qualifications

At GROW, we believe that experience and passion matter more than just qualifications on paper. However, to be successful in this role, we’re ideally looking for:

• 5 Years experience in similar Project Management roles within the Superannuation industry (Required)
• Broad experience in contemporary project and delivery methods (such as Agile, SaFE, Hybrid, PMBOK)
• Proficiency with adopting relevant project management software and related tools including the Atlassian suite
• Experience or exposure from the Superannuation, Managed Funds, Wealth Management or similar Financial Services sectors
• Experience with complex multi-vendor programs or projects
• Technical Software Development background advantageous
