Office Assistant / Project Coordinator What You Will Do
You will work with the office team to support the important administrative tasks required to successfully execute construction projects.
You will:
- Monitor the status of subcontractor insurance certificates and executed subcontracts
- Assist with processing project billings
- Process and draft subcontracts
- Draft purchase orders
- Coordinate COIs with insurance broker
- Keep recordkeeping organized, filed and up-to-date
- Monitor and organize subcontractor certified payroll reporting
- Process supplier accounts payables
Office Assistant / Project Coordinator Required Skills, Experience Personality Fit
You are someone with:
- Organization skills you are a master at tracking many moving parts and keeping the team organized
- Desire to work with a stable company for the long haul we want you to be a part of our stability!
- Computer skills you will be utilizing MS Office and cloud-based programs to track information
Desire and ability to work in office in Benicia, 8am to 5pm M-F
Office Assistant / Project Coordinator Desired, not Required
- Prior experience working in the construction industry
- Experience with Foundation or Procore software
- Prior experience in an administrative assistant or related role
- Prior experience with accounting tasks (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll)
