Fulfillment Lead Responsibilities:

• Use Warehouse Management System (WMS) to Receive-In Product and Pick, Pack, Ship Orders.
• Manage inventory, perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts and adjustments.  
• Follow Growve and Customer Standard Operating Procedures.
• Assist in Developing and Implementing New Processes and Procedures as needed.
• Train Growve Associates and Temporary Workers as needed on SOP and Project Work.
• Ensure Outbound Products meet Growve and Customer Specifications and Delivery Requirements.
• Ensure Outbound Packages are organized and segregated by various modes of transportation.
• Communicate as needed with Customers to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Ability to work overtime as needed to meet customer deadlines (including Saturday work) 
• Ability to deliver Outbound Product to UPS, FedEx, Post Office as needed for critical shipments.

Fulfillment Lead Qualifications:

• Ability to continuously perform the physical aspects of the job: Standing, walking, reaching, twisting, bending for 8 hours or longer daily.  
• Ability to lift and carry case product weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Ability to operate powered and manual material handling equipment.
• Detail-oriented and the ability to multi-task multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Computer Navigation and Microsoft Applications 
• Forklift Experience Preferred.
