Location: Bethesda, MD

With continued growth comes opportunity, and we are currently searching for a IT Change Management Analyst to support our Bethesda, MD office.

Responsibilities:

- Provide support to the management of Information Technology processes related to Configuration, Change, and Release Management as well as overall IT governance.
- Assist in the leading efforts to improve configuration and change management controls by applying Agile and ITIL frameworks and implementing best practices and enterprise tools.
- Assess current processes, evaluate their efficacy, provide recommendations for improvement, and implement improvements and new processes/standards for use in operations
- Provide the direction necessary to build Continual Service Improvement into operational processes to ensure service delivery is consistently improving across technical and programmatic support areas
- Support the integration of management groups (such as a PMO) into an operational framework emphasizing task execution and eliminating unnecessary steps between groups
- Support the integration of previously siloed technical teams into an efficient, cross-functional organization through process re-engineering
- Support the development of a standardized project management framework that enables flexibility for agility within an enterprise organization
- Assist in the development of risk and issue management/escalation processes and standards at the organizational level
- Ability to assist and take on additional responsibilities as needed

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of directly relevant experience. Additional years of relevant experience may substitute degree requirements.
- Hands-on experience implementing process improvements and leveraging technologies to reduce manual efforts of technical and administrative personnel
- Significant experience operating within Agile, DevOps, SAFe, etc. best practices frameworks for IT and project management
- Familiarity with technologies such as ServiceNow, SharePoint, and Jira
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Experience driving technical improvements and implementations to streamline and integrate organizational processes

Desired Qualifications:

- PMP, ITIL Foundation, or JIRA certified
- Experience collaborating with Federal staff at various levels of responsibility to present solutions and obtain buy-in for their implementation
